About this interactive

What you are doing: picking the channel whose trade-offs match each plan. The lesson’s comparison. Messaging (phishing emails, texts) is easy to carry out and extremely scalable, but each message works on very few people. Voice is more work, since every call needs a person on it, but it is more persuasive than a message; call centres let it scale somewhat. In person is the most effective, with a real human connection, but it is high risk for the attacker and does not scale. No contact means leaving something physical for the victim to find, like a thumb drive: fairly easy, low effectiveness, and moderately scalable. How to use it: find the deciding need on the card (huge reach, persuasion without travel, the best odds at any risk, or no interaction at all) and match it.
