E-Reader, or a Tablet or Phone?

Each card is something to do on a handheld device. Will an e-reader do, or does it need a tablet or phone?

About this interactive

The E-Readers lesson places the e-reader between a phone and a tablet in size, and designs it for one thing: reading. Its special screen is softer than the bright, vivid screens of tablets, phones and laptops, so it is more pleasant to read on, with less eye strain, even late at night. It holds electronic versions of books, so you do not have to carry printed ones. It pays for that with less power and far fewer apps, mostly reading apps, often on firmware rather than a full operating system. Some can browse the web a little, but it lacks the bells and whistles of a tablet. Sort each card. Five right in a row finishes the round.
